South of Spain Business Meeting
This itinerary in Spain’s scenic Costa del Sol region was created to give our client’s team an opportunity to meet with Spanish customers, hold a strategy session, and participate in team-building activities as well as enjoying the beautiful, relaxing atmosphere of the South of Spain.
Itinerary
Day 1: Costa del Sol
Welcome to Costa Del Sol. Meet and greet upon arrival and be transferred to your hotel in Marbella. One piece of baggage assistance is included at hotel check-in. Enjoy an outdoor welcome reception to meet and mingle and continue with dinner at the hotel.
Day 2: Marbella
This morning’s meeting is held in a private room. Podium, microphone, speaker system, stage, elegant sofa and chairs, classroom or U shape seating, Wi-fi connection, large screen, water and coffee fountain with cookies and or small sandwiches will be made available. In the afternoon, we meet at the beach for team building activities.
Day 3: Marbella
Morning meeting in a private room. Podium, microphone, speaker system, stage, elegant sofa and chairs, classroom or U shape seating, Wi-fi connection, large screen, water and coffee with cookies and or small sandwiches will be made available. In the late afternoon, we are transferred to Marbella Marina for a sunset yacht sailing experience. Our crew on board will assist us with refreshing cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as we enjoy beautiful views of the coastline and Mediterranean sunset.
Day 4: Marbella
Meet our Spanish customers in a private room with a small cocktail table setting. Water and coffee with cookies and/or small sandwiches will be made available. The full-day sales activities end in late afternoon. After a relaxation session at the spa, we meet in the lobby and transfer to a private Flamenco show with Andalusian drinks and appetizers.
Day 5: Marbella
Meet early in the morning in the lobby, then depart for a team building activity at a world-renowned golf course. After breakfast at the club, the serious competition starts. After the trophy ceremony, it’s time for an afternoon of relaxation and sightseeing as we explore charming villages in the region. Meet local olive oil makers, learn the art of olive oil soap and candlemaking, and enjoy the relaxed pace of life in the south of Spain. In the evening, enjoy a walking tour of upscale shops before our farewell dinner in a Michelin star restaurant.
Day 6: Departure
Meet in the hotel lobby as our transfer assistant completes hotel checkout and facilitates luggage transfer to our deluxe bus. Transfer to airport for the flight back home.
